Apartment Painting Prices in Dubai
Select your apartment size to see the wall-painting package price. Packages are based on unfurnished apartments in standard wall condition and include Jotun paint, labour, VAT and standard protection.
Package pricing applies to unfurnished apartments, all interior walls, standard wall condition and standard white or off-white paint. Paint, VAT and standard protection are included. Ceilings, doors and woodwork are quoted separately.

What's Included in an Apartment Painting Package
- North Property Care supplies the paint. Standard packages use Jotun white or off-white. National Paints and Dulux can be discussed when the scope and finish are confirmed.
- Similar-colour and white-to-white repainting normally needs one or two coats depending on the existing condition. Dark-to-light changes may need additional coats and a revised quotation.
- Primer or specialist preparation is used where the surface condition requires it and is specified in the confirmed quotation.
- Minor nail holes, small cracks and limited cosmetic filling are included. Larger repairs are assessed and quoted separately.
- Occupied and furnished apartments can be painted, but extra protection and working time may require an inspection and a revised quotation.

What we paint in a Dubai apartment
Interior walls are the standard scope. Ceilings, doors and woodwork can be added when confirmed in the quotation, and colour changes or poor wall condition are assessed from photos before the price is finalised.
- Studios, 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, painted as a full interior or as defined areas.
- A single bedroom, a living-room feature wall or a colour refresh in defined areas only.
- Refresh selected rooms or add a sage, neutral or custom-colour feature wall within the agreed apartment scope.
- Vacant apartments are quickest; occupied homes need extra protection and furniture movement, which may affect the quotation.

If the completed painting does not match the agreed scope, or you identify a workmanship issue within seven days, contact North Property Care by phone or WhatsApp. We attend within 24 hours to inspect and correct covered work, including labour and materials.
The guarantee does not cover new damage, moisture or water leaks, structural movement, customer damage, or changes requested after completion.
