Paint, primer & repairs

Paint: Jotun white or off-white is the standard for move-out painting. National Paints and Dulux can be discussed when the scope and finish are confirmed.

Primer: Primer is used only where the surface condition requires it, and it is specified in the confirmed quotation.

Repairs: End-of-tenancy paint touch-ups cover minor holes and small cosmetic cracks. Larger repairs are assessed and quoted separately.

Report a workmanship issue within seven days and we attend within 24 hours to correct covered work.

What’s covered?
Work that does not match the agreed scope, or a workmanship issue reported within seven days by phone or WhatsApp. Covered corrections include labour and materials.
What’s not covered?
New damage, moisture or water leaks, structural movement, customer damage, or changes requested after completion. Deposit and inspection decisions rest with the landlord or property manager.
