The landlord contacted us after the tenant left the apartment. The walls showed marks, scuffs and fixing holes from the tenancy, and the landlord wanted the internal walls refreshed in the existing colour.

We obtained the Emaar work permit, which the building requires before painting can start.
The team protected floors, curtains and fittings, repaired the minor bathroom cracks and repainted the walls in about 6 hours.
