The Brief
Move-out painting after a one-year tenancy
A tenant couple had rented the studio for one year and required move-out painting plus deep cleaning before handover. The agreed painting work was a same-colour repaint of the internal walls.

Inspection and Handover
Written landlord acceptance
The finished apartment was inspected with the landlord, approved in writing and handed over satisfactorily. This supported the tenant’s deposit-return process; it does not guarantee deposit return.
A practical handover lesson: use a painting company in Dubai willing to inspect the completed work with the landlord or agent and obtain written acceptance where possible.
